What ages are your parties suitable for?

Our entertainers tailor every party to the age group - from toddlers and preschoolers to primary school kids and tweens. We adapt games, music and activities so everyone has fun.

What areas of Melbourne do you service?

We travel to all Melbourne suburbs and surrounding areas. All areas attract a travel fee, which can be calculated on our pricing page.

Are your entertainers insured and Working With Children checked?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Dreamscape entertainer holds a valid Working With Children's Check and full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Question 6

Do you entertain at schools, nurseries and corporate events?

Absolutely. We regularly perform at schools, childcare centres and corporate family days. Visit our corporate page for Santa, Easter Bunny, magicians, balloonists and face painters.

How many children can attend?

Our standard packages suit up to 20 children. For larger parties, schools or corporate events we'll recommend additional entertainers or extended packages.

Question 8

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

All deposit payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a booking with 7 days or less notice, you will unfortunately lose your deposit. We can however reschedule your booking, subject to availability, in the event of wet weather, illness or any other unforeseen circumstances. If you need to reschedule, we do need a minimum of 3 days notice to carry the deposit over to a new date.

What is included in a party package?

Every package includes a dedicated entertainer in full costume, themed games and music, professional face painting or balloon twisting, story time, magic, dancing, prize giveaways and a birthday gift for the special child. Can I request a specific entertainer?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can request a specific character or entertainer when you book. While we can't always guarantee the same person due to availability, we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Question 11

Do I need to provide anything for the entertainer?

Accepted Answer

Just a small table and access to power if you'd like music. Our entertainers bring everything else they need including their costume, props, music system, face paints and prizes.

Question 12

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates and popular characters like Elsa or Spider-Man. However, last-minute bookings are welcome and we'll always try to fit you in.
