In order for us to provide you with exceptional entertainment whilst delivering value for money we ask that you read our general cancellation policy as follows:

Once you have made a booking with Dreamscape either via telephone, email, or online, that performer/artist/party character is booked in for you and does not take other bookings for that specified date and time. If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason there is a 50% cancellation fee payable. Bookings cancelled with 7 days notice or less attract the full fee.
